Administration at the Smart Hotel Villa Brenner is digital and fast. Digital services can be accessed spontaneously.

The check-in terminal at the rear entrance (terrace) enables self-check-in with many advantages:
• Retrieving booking data via smartphone using a QR code reader
• New bookings/walk-ins (spontaneous on-site bookings)
• Recording guest data for the registration system
• Key card creation (also retroactively)
• Invoice splitting and enter/change billing address
• Direct online payment or payment by EC/credit card
